Shipment queries
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after the cut-off time (11:00 am NZ) will be processed the following business day.
Shipment time varies depending on your country and location.
We use DHL for shipping orders.
Do you ship to my region?
Yes! We ship to just about every single country in the world.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
As a matter of our company policy, we do not refund or accept returned items.
We accept replacing your purchased item only if the product is:
considered defective as a result of the manufacturing process; or
Damaged during the transit
In these instances, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the defective product and email info@hudafode.com.
Can I cancel my order
We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
How much will I be charged for shipping
Shipping rates depend on your country and location.
Shipping is free for orders of over $100 NZD to New Zealand.
For international orders, we pay 50% of the shipping cost on orders of $100 NZD or more
Shipping charges will appear in checkout and will be added to the total purchase.
How much tax & duty will I be charged
By shopping with us, you agree to pay all additional costs resulting from customs clearance charges, import duties, local taxes, and/or any other import fees.
